The most important task of the chef de bar is to look after our guests at the bar. You should have a great knowledge of non-alcoholic as well as alcoholic drinks. You should be particularly familiar with aperitifs and digestifs as well as the preparation of cocktails. You should be able to recommend, describe and prepare them.

The chef de bar is expected to have a broad knowledge of cocktails and to be able to pass this on and take pleasure in doing so. The ability to conduct small talk with our guests, loyalty to the establishment and a self-confident, well-groomed appearance are basic requirements for this position.

The Chef de Rang is expected to have a broad knowledge of drinks and service and enjoy sharing this knowledge with our guests. The ability to converse well with guests, loyalty to the company and a self-confident, well-groomed appearance are basic requirements for this position.
