We always recommend taking out travel insurance with the Europäischen Reiseversicherung, for all-round cover and a stress-free holiday!

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• From 29 days before arrival we charge 40 % of the total price
• From 14 days before arrival we charge 70 % of the total price
• From 7 days before arrival we charge 90 % of the total price

From 23.12.2023 to 07.01.2024 & 10.02.2024 to 24.02.2024 the following conditions of cancellation apply:

• Free cancellation up to  90 days before arrival
• From 89 days before arrival we charge 40 % of the total price
• From 30 days before arrival we charge 70 % of the total price
• From 7 days before arrival we charge 90 % of the total price

Please note that we can only accept cancellations in writing. Charges may apply for return transfers outside the SEPA payment area.
For your own security and the reimbursement of any costs incurred, we strongly recommend that you take out insurance through the EUROPÄISCHE REISERÜCKTRITTSVERSICHERUNG. 

Your room is available from approx. 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please make sure your room is free from 11 am on the day of departure. If you are due to arrive later than 7 pm please inform us per telephone.

It is possible to arrange late check-out at extra cost, or extend your use of the SPA.

The extensive luxury board includes a gourmet-breakfast buffet (7.30 am to 10.30 am), the alpine Vital buffet in the wellness area (with tea, water, fruit, dried fruit, nuts, and healthy snacks) along with our menu of choice in the evening (5.30 pm to 8 pm).

For our guests we offer free fast optical fibre WLAN throughout the hotel.

If you have booked our luxury board, the use of the alpinSPA spread over more than 1,800 m² is included. The wellness area – the AlpinSPA – is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm for you. (Sky pool, Indoor pool see info in the hotel)

Please pay attention to the following:
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the AlpinAPA and the Skypool (sauna, steam bath, infra-red cabin, sole, and relaxation room)

The Skypool is an adult enjoyment zone.
The indoor pool can be used by the whole family without restrictions from 7 am to 8 pm.

The fitness club is available from 7 am to 8 pm (children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult).

Child prices when in the same room as parents
The child prices vary depending on the room category and the age of the children. We are happy to make you an offer for your family holiday with us at the Naudererhof.

You are welcome to settle the bill in cash. We also accept Maestro, VISA and MASTERCARD: Unfortunately we cannot accept payment with American Express. We ask for your understanding.

There are free parking spaces around the hotel for guests. A reservation of a parking space is not possible.

Dogs on request and for a fee –we charge € 35 per day (without food). Please understand that we do not allow dogs in all room categories. A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed. Unfortunately, your dog is not allowed in the wellness area, the relaxation area on the garden terrace or in the restaurant. Damage and soiling caused by pets in the room will be charged separately. Please adhere to the Naudererhof house rules for dogs.

The Naudererhof is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted on the balconies. We kindly request you to adhere to this rule, otherwise we will have to charge for special cleaning of the room.
